Step by step guide to selling your home

Step 1- Valuation

The Just 4 team will discuss and assess your expectations with you and determine the market sale price of your property.

Step 2 – Arrange your Currency Exchange

If you are selling with a view to repatriate your money back overseas it is advisable to register with a good currency broker. By registering and consulting a good currency broker before starting your search you will save up to 5% against any transaction you undertake with the bank and they may even be able to help you make a bit more from your eventual sale by fixing in your currency exchange at the point of sale.

Step 3 -presentation

We will discuss and advise you on appropriate positive changes that may need to be made to your property. Presentation and first impressions are vital to the success of your property viewings. They don’t need to be big changes but the small details can make all the difference!

Step 4 -Marketing

Step 7 -completion

When all documents have been provided by both parties and the solicitors have completed all necessary checks on the property, a date will then be set for the buyer to sign their new property deeds at Notary, this is the same day that you will be paid in full.
